Highlights • Clofarabine is safe when used with i.v. Bu+Flu in pretransplant conditioning regimens. • Pretransplant conditioning with i.v. Bu+Clo+Flu has potent antileukemia activity. • Intravenous Bu+Clo+Flu conditioning is efficacious in patients with aggressive AML/MDS.
