17-4: Effective Architectural Lighting with Freeform Optics

We designed freeform reflectors for architectural lighting applications. Compared with conventional luminaries, these freeform luminaries can effectively distribute light fluxes over target surfaces, and generate appropriate illumination patterns for comfortable environments.
