Summary: | Abstract We present a case of a symptomatic patient with Brugada syndrome, who had sustained right ventricular outflow tract tachycardia after pronounced exercise-induced ST segment elevation in V1 and V2 . In electrophysiological study he developed right ventricular outflow tract tachycardia provoked by combined infusion of ajmaline and orciprenaline. After ablation no further arrhythmia was provoked by pharmacological stimulation. |
