Systemic mastocytosis with generalised skin involvement
Bone marrow aspirate and biopsy specimen revealed spindle-shaped mast cells co-expressing CD2 and CD25 involving 10% of the bone marrow biopsy cells, as well as a KIT D816V mutation specific for mastocytosis, which led to our diagnosis of systemic mastocytosis with severe skin involvement.
