Description
Summary:In view of the research on the multi-quality standards and multi-processing parameters in the process of mold finishing, the existing methods only consider the relationship between the parameters of the processing or the influence of the single quality standard on the formation and processing. Based on gray correlation analysis and TOPSIS analysis, this paper put forward a multi-objective, multi-factor analysis method, which is proposed for the mold finishing. This method uses gray correlation method to analyze the correlation degree between multiple parameters, and uses TOPSIS to analyze the correlation between the multi-processing quality evaluation standard. The influence degree of each processing parameter to each standard and the correlation forecast model can be obtained by ANOVA analysis. The method is manifested by a practical experiment of the surface finishing of laser hardening mold.
