Automated detection of bone metastatic changes using serial CT scans
Highlights • Sclerotic and lytic bone metastases are quantified in spine, ribs, and sternum. • The volumes registered by weighted-Demons and symmetric warping are subtracted. • Many metastases missed by radiologists are identified by our method.
