Summary:Monitoring the influence of the cytoskeleton polymers on the shape of fibroblasts, performing the experiments of repeated degradation and polymerization of microtubules and microfilaments, we found out that the presence of microtubules is necessary in order to regenerate the proper functional structure of microfilaments, and vice versa.
