Summary:Micro-Abstract We analyzed the National Cancer Data Base to assess adjuvant postprostatectomy radiation use and techniques for prostate cancer. Only 9.0% of men with adverse risk factors (pT3/4 or pT2 with positive margins) received adjuvant radiation. The use of radiation dose escalation rose over time, corresponding to an increase in the use of intensity-modulated radiotherapy.
