Prognostic factors in patients with refractory idiopathic generalized epilepsy

Highlights • Clinical features in refractory idiopathic generalized epilepsy were identified. • Main features were early onset, history of status and generalized polyspikes in EEG. • Appropriate lifestyle plays a role in controlling seizures in these patients.
