Intra- and inter-population analysis of haplotype diversity in Yfiler® Plus system using a wide set of representative data from Polish population

Highlights • 496 samples from Polish populations were typed using Yfiler Plus assay. • The results confirm previous observations on high diversity of haplotypes obtained with Yfiler Plus system. • Over 98% of haplotypes were unique while for standard Yfiler assay this value reached ca. 88%.
