Summary:to analyze the production of knowledge about interventions on quality of working life. integrative review study. The following databases were used for study selection: SciELO, Medline and PubMed. the sample included 25 national and international articles that described programs and methods to acquire healthy habits at the workplace and attenuate its mental demands. by observing the number of businesses throughout the world, a low number of programs addressing workers' health and well-being can be found, and the establishment of efficient policies at institutions could improve this situation.
