Description
Summary:The tin dioxide ceramics were prepared by the traditional solid phase sintering method. Influence of different CeO sub(2) doping amount on the microstructure, electrical resistivity and density of the tin dioxide ceramics by SEM and XRD and other analytical instrument. The relationship between composition, properties and structure were obtained. The results showed that when CeO sub(2) doping quantity increased, the electrical resistivity of tin dioxide ceramics decreased firstly and then increased, the density of tin dioxide ceramics increased. When sintered temperature was 1430[degrees]C and the doping quantity of CeO sub(2) was 0.7wt.%,the properties of tin dioxide ceramics was good, crystal growth was most complete, the electrical resistivity was 966.68m[Omega][middot]cm and the density was 5.72g/cm super(3).
