Longitudinal Gait and Balance Decline in Friedreich’s Ataxia: A Pilot Study

Highlights • Monthly change rate of 0.128 in FA patient’s FARS Neuro scores. • Gait velocity and other gait parameters in FA patients declined over the 24 month study. • Gait parameters during fast and comfortable walking correlated significantly with FARS scores.
