Dependence of the Electronic Thermal Conductivity of ChS-68 Steel on Radiation Swelling
The change in the electronic thermal conductivity of ChS-68 steel irradiated as fuel-element cladding in the BN-600 reactor is determined from the resistivity as determined using the Wiedemann–Franz law. The dependence of the thermal conductivity of ChS-68 on radiation swelling is obtained. It is sh...

Summary: | The change in the electronic thermal conductivity of ChS-68 steel irradiated as fuel-element cladding in the BN-600 reactor is determined from the resistivity as determined using the Wiedemann–Franz law. The dependence of the thermal conductivity of ChS-68 on radiation swelling is obtained. It is shown that with increasing radiation swelling the electronic thermal conductivity of ChS-68 austenitic steel decreases from 14 to 12 W/(m·K). |
