Description
Summary:We propose a new concept of the vertical exciplex-type organic light emitting structure with multilevel metallization that can serve as light-to-electricity-to-light convertor. The superimposition of operation and control voltages allows to tune the spectrum of the emitted light from blue to green, which is achieved by varying the potential applied to the device terminals or by illuminating the integrated organic Schottky diode employing a near-infrared absorbing titanyl phthalocyanine (TiOPc) dye.
