Description
Summary:Abstract Background Fibroepithelial polyps (FEPs) are benign tumors, of possibly hormone-dependent nature, found in the vulvovaginal region of women of reproductive age. Case A 15-year-old adolescent girl, receiving hormonal contraceptive therapy, who presented with multiple vulvar masses with histopathology consistent with FEP. Summary and Conclusion The spectrum of the morphology of FEPs might make their diagnosis challenging. We describe a rare presentation of vulvar FEPs in an adolescent girl receiving hormonal contraceptive therapy.
