Summary:Neonatal, ichthyosiform erythroderma is rare and may be associated with primarily cutaneous disorders as well as with a broad spectrum of potentially severe underlying diseases. Neonatal erythroderma represents a pediatric dermatological emergency requiring a swift diagnosis and effective, interdisciplinary management.
