Description
Summary:Borden and Brown interpret the statistical data on the proportionate representation of students of color among graduate and professional degrees by field of study. The analysis reveals some notable discrepancies in the representation of students of color across all fields of study, especially in doctoral degrees and in STEM disciplines. Increasing the numbers of students of color among post baccalaureate graduates may be a critical requirement for establishing an inclusive and equitable society.
