Description
Summary:Abstract Acenocoumarol, an anticoagulant drug, was separated successfully using polysaccharide-based chiral stationary phases columns namely Cellulose Chiralpak® IB and Chiralcel® OD, using various normal mobile phases by high-performance liquid chromatography. However, the appearance of four well separated peaks confirmed the presence of the hemiketal form of 4-hydroxy-3-[1-(4-nitrophenyl)-3-oxobutyl]-2H-chromen-2-one.
