L. gallinarum,
L. gasseri,
L. helveticus, and
L. johnsonii, respectively. Very distinct grouping was found for
L. gallinarum and
L. helveticus, the most difficult differentiation in LDA was between the pairs
L. crispatus/L. amylovorus and
L. gasseri/L. johnsonii. |
