Summary:Angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma (AFH) is a tumour primarily occurring in the extremities which can very rarely occur as an isolated intracranial lesion. We report a case of a 22-year-old woman presenting with generalized seizure and visual field deficit due to an occipital mass, which immunohistochemistry showed to be an AFH.
