Summary:The theme of this special issue is the changes that have affected both law and management since the end of the 20th century. A profound transformation of the relationship between these two disciplines requires rethinking the articulation of legal norms and management standards. The need to study the practical forms that the relationship between law and management now takes is particularly apparent in the multiplication, within the law faculties such as schools and faculties of economics and management, of educational programs mixing these two disciplines.
