Summary:The Leybold AG EcoDry L roughing pump's new simple design provides approximately 2 years of maintenance-free, contamination-free operation without the use of a blower or water cooling, and with no oil or grease-lubricated bearings on the vacuum side. The pump has been designed so that easily measured performance changes give ample warnings of upcoming maintenance requirements. Further features of the EcoDry L include: no particle generation, plug and play, high pumping speed at low pressure, low noise and low vibration, tolerates liquids, particles and water vapor, compact size, low power consumption, and service friendly.
