Summary: | Ide, Leuciscus idus, breeders in Polish fish farm are cultured or are collected from the wild. The data about differences in reproduction of different ide forms in captivity are limited. In the present paper domesticated and wild stock are reproduced artificially. Cultured fish do not require application of spawning agents. For obtaining good-quality oocytes only stimulation with temperature and photoperiod is necessary. |
