Summary:FOR ANYONE INTERESTED in the sensibility of the 20th century, and above all in modern painting. New York's Museum of Modern Art has become since late September almost a shrine. There an unparalleled exhibition ("Picasso and Braque: Pioneering Cubism") has been mounted, recreating for us the heroic years of cubism between 1908 and 1914, when Braque, one of the great painters of our century, and Picasso, one of the great painters of all time, conspired to create an epochal style that changed the course of all art afterward.
