Description
Summary:The detection and quantification of proteolytic enzymes after capture in the form of a bioaerosol was investigated. Flow injection analysis with fluorescence detection was used for the process of enzyme capture and was in turn facilitated by the use of Texas Red succinimidyl ester. Enzyme concentration was calibrated constantly by this method.
