The collection of proteolytic enzyme bioaerosols using a cyclone sampler

A prototype sampling device is designed to measure real-time airborne enzyme concentrations. This aerosol sampling system is based on a cyclone that has higher collection efficiency and bioefficiency. It can sample at high air flow rates and the aerosols can be collected into a liquid. Description
Summary:A prototype sampling device is designed to measure real-time airborne enzyme concentrations. This aerosol sampling system is based on a cyclone that has higher collection efficiency and bioefficiency. It can sample at high air flow rates and the aerosols can be collected into a liquid. A mathematical model was developed to relate the enzyme concentration in the detector to that in the air.
