Summary: | An example of a non-business organization that is successfully applying continuous improvement methodologies and innovative leadership systems in the scouting Iguanas clan group IV in Nuevo Leon, Mexico. The Iguanas had experienced a period of low motivation, disorganization, lack of leadership, compromise of responsibilities, and above all, deviation from the scout philosophy. After a change in leadership, the clan was reengineered. The improvement methods used by the clan are documented in the continuous improvement section of the organizational leadership pathway, in which it is established that a continuous improvement process will be carried out on each of the route measurement indicators and improvement topics. These topics are important for improving, for example, the punctuality, cleanliness, and financial status of the clan. |
