In keeping with the theme of Breaking Rules, Building Bridges, here are 10 things attendants learned at SLA 2008. These include: 1. Look for data in all the right places. 2. Ask questions first, then tailor your talk to your audience. 3. Discover the importance of conversation. 4. Build bridges to the future by preserving data. 5. Figure out how to design a better product. 6. Second Life has plenty of redeeming qualities. |
