Description
Summary:The accuracy and reproducibility of cell tracking velocimetry (CTV) was determined experimentally. The minimum and maximum cell velocities based on a number of intrinsic constants and variables were determined by a model. The model was tested using a number of calibration particles. Reproducibility of the system was tested by measuring the settling velocities of the three Duke bead populations. A good agreement was found between model and experimental data.
