Summary:Galectin‐1 is reported to be upregulated in various human cancers. However, the relationship between galectin‐1 expression and cancer prognosis has not been systematically assessed. In this study, we searched PubMed, Web of Science, and Embase to collect all relevant studies and a meta‐analysis was performed.
