Summary:Currently chair of the visual arts department at the University of Western Ontario, [Patrick Mahon] earned fine art degrees from the University of British Columbia and the University of Manitoba. His studio practice involves print production that explores ideas of print culture. Patrick's extensive solo exhibition schedule includes the Dunlop Art Gallery in Regina, the Art Gallery of Windsor, the Southern Alberta Art Gallery in Lethbridge, Open Studio in Toronto, the Art Gallery of Peterborough and, most recently, Museum London and the Art Gallery of Hamilton. In 2002, Patrick undertook a research residency at Toronto's Canadian Textile Museum, where he produced an artist's curatorial project, titled Book Of Hours. He is represented in Toronto by the Leo Kamen Gallery.
