Genital dermatitis in a transgender patient returning from Thailand: A diagnostic challenge

A 52-year-old male to female transgender patient presented with genital dermatitis. She complained of a red, papular, itchy rash around the newly constructed vulva since undergoing gender affirmation surgery in Thailand.
