Pt nanoparticles supported on YCo0.3Fe0.7O3 perovskite oxides can furnish as high as 94.9% selectivity to cinnamyl alcohol at nearly full conversion, with the initial activity (TOF) reaching 15 163 h−1 for the selective hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde.
