Summary:Objective Increasing evidence points toward the key function of circular RNAs (circRNAs) in various carcinomas. This study aimed to identify aberrant expression of hsa_circ_0072387 in oral squamous cell carcinoma and probe its clinical significance. Materials and Methods Real‐time quantitative reverse transcription–polymerase chain reaction (qRT‐PCR) was used to assess hsa_circ_0072387 expression levels in 63 paired OSCC tissues and three OSCC cell lines. The area under the receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve was plotted to assess any potential clinical significance.
