That means your next phone or credit card bill could be sitting in your e-mail inbox rather than your mailbox. Called BillerXpert, it is Netscape's latest, and perhaps most important, Internet commerce application. The software is designed to use electronic invoices - as opposed to traditional paper bills - for new services such as one-click payment and customized billing.
