Minimally invasive approach to non-missile penetrating spinal injury with resultant retained foreign body: A case report and review of the literature

Highlights•Non missile penetrating spine injury (NMPSI) causes acute and delayed neuro deficits. •NMPSI with retained foreign body (RFB) is an indication for operative intervention. •Minimally invasive fluoroscopic technique is an option for treatment of NMPSI with RFB.
