Evaluation and calibration of the Model T Coulter Counter used in the population mode

Counts are accurate for 50 and 100 micro m aperture tubes over the entire operable size ranges. Spurious counts, thought to be due to secondary coincidence error, were detected in the lowest 3 sizes when a 200 micro m aperture tube was employed.
