Summary: | The operation and construction of a new actively controlled SAW power divider is presented. The amount of power delivered to either of two outputs can be controlled with a voltage less than +30 V. The two essential components of this device are a SAW magic tee fabricated on yz LiNbO3 and an acoustoelectric phase shifter which uses silicon air-gap coupled to the LiNbO3. |
