Summary:On Friday morning, we bussed in 260 fourth graders, mostly from the inner city for a unique sports experience including basketball, rowing, soccer, softball, judo, tennis, crossfit, BMX, cricket and, of course, gymnastics. After a nice lunch, a few motivational talks and a short lecture on nutrition, we sent the kids home with goodie bags and hopefully a strong desire to get involved in sports. [...]much fun and excitement with lots of smiling faces made all of our staff and volunteers realize how worthwhile this type of event really is.
