Decametric survey of discrete sources in the Northern sky: IV. Spectra of 266 discrete sources in the range 10 to 1400 MHz
Spectra of 266 discrete sources within a frequency range of 10 to 1400 MHz have been obtained for a declination interval 10 deg to 20 deg on the basis of a new decametric survey carried out at Grakovo on the UTR-2 radio telescope, as well as a number of high-frequency surveys performed at Culgoora,...

Summary: | Spectra of 266 discrete sources within a frequency range of 10 to 1400 MHz have been obtained for a declination interval 10 deg to 20 deg on the basis of a new decametric survey carried out at Grakovo on the UTR-2 radio telescope, as well as a number of high-frequency surveys performed at Culgoora, Cambridge, Molonglo, Parkes and Ohio. Spectra of 86% of the sources are linear, those of 10% have positive curvature and, of the remainder, 4% have negative curvature. The spectral index distribution has been investigated and the spectra graphs are plotted. |
