Summary: | A 10‐day‐old infant was evaluated for heart failure and differential cyanosis. Type A interrupted aortic arch with duct‐dependent lower body circulation was identified. There was associated type 2 aortopulmonary window which led to a “Valentine on a crab” appearance on echocardiography. Pattern recognition in imaging is useful for early identification of anomalies and for triaging appropriate evaluation and management. |
