Reflection coefficients for an unflanged pipe with flow
The paper considers the prediction of the acoustic field within, or the acoustic emission from, a freely discharging unflanged pipe. Measurements of the reflection coefficient modulus agree well with predictions of Levine and Schwinger (1948) and Munt (1980).
