Description
Summary:The light ion backscattering from solids with microrelief on their surface is investigated for monoenergetic beams and for hydrogen plasma. A computer simulation is used in the energy interval of the incident particles from 50 to 500 eV. The ion-surface interacting is simulated for one-dimensional and two-dimensional microrelief with different geometry. In the keV energy interval the theory of the multiple scattering is used. It is shown that microrelief influences strongly all main characteristics of the reflection.
