Influence of Powder Preparation and Compacting Pressure on the Structure of Lithium Silicate Pellets
This contribution reports on lithium meta‐ and orthosilicates as potential breeder materials for fusion reactors. The preparation of the powder by the spray‐dry technique and the selection of the compacting pressure were important influences on the structure of the “green pellets.”
