Summary: | Three high-temperature superconducting Y--Ba--Cu--O samples (prepared by solid state reaction) with different superconducting phase concentration were investigated by X-ray diffractometry. Two phases in each of them were identified: a superconducting and a semiconducting one. The diffraction lines coming from superlattices of these two phases were indexed. The comparison between intensities of these lines could suggest that observed superconducting effect is strongly connected with superlattice presence. The magnetic and resistivity results are presented. 6 ref.--AA |
