Description
Summary:Differences in the production of cytokines by tumor biopsy specimens were revealed depending on the pathological prognostic stages of The American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) of invasive nonspecific breast carcinoma (INBC). The patients with a predominant absence of metastases in combination with a triple negative molecular subtype differ from the patients with other pathological prognostic stages in the cytokine-producing tumor resource of IL-18, IL-1β, IL-1Ra, TNF-α, GM-CSF, and MCP-1.
