Summary:The authors report on measurements of the far-infrared reflectivity of an epitaxial, oriented YBa sub(2)Cu sub(3)O sub(7- delta ) thin film for radiation with the electric-field vector parallel to the crystal (a, b)-plane and present an analysis that delivers evidence for two different superconducting energy gaps, with 2 Delta (0)/k sub(B)T sub(c) approximately equals 1.9 and approximately equals 5.8.
