Summary:A reflectivity measurement for a ceramic Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8 high-T(c) superconductor is reported for the first time, and a new method of analysis of far-IR reflection spectra of metal ceramics is presented. The method is used to analyze the reflectivity of ceramic Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8 and also of ceramic YBa2Cu3O7. It is shown that this methods leads to a consistent description of reflection spectra of metal ceramics. The results of a far- IR reflection study of an oriented YBa2Cu3O7 film are also reported.
