Summary:C-ALCL is T-cell neoplasm composed of large cells with CD30 positivity and a variable expression of T-cell markers, with exclusive cutaneous onset and localization . Good prognosis and response to treatment characterized C-ALCL with a ten-year-disease-free survival of ~90% very different from that of the systemic forms of ALCL (S-ALCL) . S-ALCL are classified as ALK (anaplastic lymphoma kinase) positive (+) or ALK negative (-) .
